About CoderCoach

CoderCoach is a workforce performance platform for HIM departments and programs, hospitals, and health systems — grounded in the official coding standards.

What is CoderCoach?

CoderCoach is a workforce performance platform built for health information management (HIM) professionals, coding departments, and healthcare organizations working with the ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and ICD-11 coding standards.

It gives HIM managers, coding supervisors, and HIM program instructors measurable visibility into team coding accuracy, with tools to drive targeted practice and track month-over-month improvement. Unlike generic training tools, it is built around the structure and rules of the coding standards themselves — and it adapts to each coder’s coding standard region, so the practice, feedback, and education plans a coder receives match the work they actually do.
